Parent Consultation - PSHE/Relationship, Health and Sex Education (RHSE)

PSHE, Relationships, Health and Sex Education (RHSE) Information

From September 2020, it is a statutory requirement that all schools in England and Wales are teaching Relationship and Sex Education as a fundamental part of the curriculum.

We have now completed our PSHE, Relationships, Health and Sex Education (RHSE )consultation process and we are now able to start teaching these aspects of healthy living as part of our PSHE curriculum.

From September 2021, we will follow our PSHE scheme of work and aspects of RSHE will be taught across the academic year and in different year groups as part of a spiral curriculum. It will be part of day-to-day learning as part of Science or PSHE lessons and an integral part of healthy living.
